You own your data. We will not sell your data to any party for any reason. If at any time you wish to have your data removed from our servers, simply reach out and we won't hesitate. Do note that we will first need to confirm your identity before taking such actions for security.
All data is stored across multiple locations. All hardware storing data is directly and solely owned by CammSoft with no third party access available. All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
Customer data is only ever shared in the event a customer is attempting to utilize a third party service. In this event, customers are directly and clearly informed that their data is going to be shared and with whom it is going to be shared with.
Customers will be presented an outline of what is going to be shared and given the option to opt out prior to any sharing of data.
Depending on circumstance, data is often not completely removed immediately upon deletion. This is done in order to provide a recoverable state in the event data is accidentally deleted. This data is however made inaccessible to the service utilizing it.
Data that is not immediately removed is instead marked as deleted along with a time stamp of when it was deleted. This time stamp is then used by our garbage collection service to permanently remove such data after 30 days.
